Big Bad Wolf!

So I released a new song called “Big Bad Wolf” on May 16th, which also happens to be my birthday 🎉 because why not cause a little chaos, right?
This one’s personal. I wrote it about a really toxic situation I was in, where no matter what happened, I was always the one in the wrong. They could never admit fault, twist everything back on me, and made me feel like I was going crazy for even speaking up. Ever been there?
At some point I was like… okay, if I’m gonna be made out to be the villain no matter what, maybe I’ll be the villain, but I’ll tell my damn side of the story while I’m at it!
That’s where “Big Bad Wolf” came from. It’s got all the frustration, clarity, and fire that built up in me during that time. It was super cathartic to write and even more freeing to release — especially on my birthday. Felt like closing a chapter and stepping into a new one where I don’t shrink myself to keep someone else comfortable.
If you’ve ever been gaslit, made to feel like you were always the problem, or blamed for stuff that wasn’t yours to carry, this one’s for you. Crank it up. Yell the lyrics. Heal loudly.
It's a totally different vibe from me, and I wasn't sure on whether to release it, but 2025 is not the year for self doubt!!
